I think most of us were looking forward to having a range of fancy outfits to choose from for the ball. I know I was. But um, I suppose a uniform is ok too. I guess... if you say so Josephine... :(

Reader Comments:

I totally understand why Josie wouldn't let my Inquisitor do anything fashion related - after all my party explored all of Thedas wearing plaideweave.

Although to be fair I'm not sure those uniforms were an improvement over the plaideweave...

Those uniforms were GREAT, the only thing that was missing was a santa hat.

Oh, man were those uniforms bad, especially on female Inquisitors. They looked like cheap costume store Nutcracker outfits, that fit like a potato sack. Except on the male Qunari Inquisitors, that was the only character type the uniform actually fit and looked decent on. Why, why did we all show up wearing the same outfit to a formal party where no other faction is in uniform?

Why would you need to buy them? Clearly the spoils of the qunari is the only decorations (especially the decor) you need aside from the dragon maw throne, the inquisition banners and flags, and that glass from the last court minigame.

I was so disappointed when there were no dresses. And then EVERYBODY else had pretty dresses on, and it was even worse...

I wonder if Josie has had this conversation with Leliana before.

that's bothers me, cause that choice of outfit for the inquisition formal wear makes no sense. while it's likely josie would choose an outfit for everyone, i would have expected her to have a better style than that. and no way in the world i'm going to believe leliana would have agree to wear this...

I mean, I didn't think the uniforms themselves were terrible, per se (although what was with those boots? Over the knee boots? Whyyyyyy?). But I just...red and blue? Red and blue. Bright red uniform with a blue sash.

I would have rathered the black and silver version you can wear at Skyhold.

I think u've written Halamshiral wrong lol

@NotHawke: I think plaideweave was a test that we all failed.

@Sharp-Claw: Well, at least Solas tried?

@Ciella: The only uniform acceptable would have been a fancy dress. The same fancy dress for everyone. Bull might need to add some ropes or something to keep it on, because they only come in a certain size range, but that would be perfectly ok.

@wildmageguy: While I absolutely approve, it was not available as soon as I got Skyhold and I have to sleep on something (no, Josie, not that one... or that one... no, not that one either...)

@Norwegian: First Hawke, no the whole inquisition. Unacceptable I tell you.

@Broseidon: Most definitely. And everyone were amazed that she walked away alive.

@Blazypika2: I am mostly surprised Leliana didn't burst out a surprise amazing outfit in the Winter Palace. It is one thing to agree to the uniform, another to settle for it.

@Guesty Guestface: Haha, I for one am a fan of over the knee boots. The colors chosen... eh... black and silver are far better, I agree.

@JapaniKatti: Well that makes the umpteenth mistake in the past month's comics. No points for guessing I'm overwhelmed by everything going on in my life. Thank you for letting me know!
