Playing a qunari in Inquisition was glorious. Glorious and hilarious, because the camera struggled with you (dwarves have a similar issue I suppose).
Characters would have serious conversations and the camera would just... focus on their face and my tits. Occasionally my chin would come into view. And when the camera focused on me, well... Nice hairline guys (except you Bull, you should be ashamed of being taller than me, how dare you)

And the kissing scenes... ye gods... There were a lot of bended knees to make that work I tell you. But at least you get some support from that wooden pillar if you're snogging Blackwall.

Yeah. Playing as a dwarf often meant that the camera would make you look taller in cutscenes. I always imagined my dwarf carrying around a box to stand on everywhere.

Welp, perks of playing an elf I suppose ;-) (only played as elves and humans so far)

Maybe thats why you can't romance Varric. The camera work with a Qunari would just be too hilarious.

WAIT Iron Bull and a dwarf Inky is in...damn.

Hey, be glad they fixed it so that bending their knees was the solution. I remember the first time my lady Vashoth romanced Blackwall her shins inexplicably sank into the floor.

@zenat: If you play a dwarf and ship the character with ironbull, you end up on either a stool or a bucket (not sure which), during the final scene.

All the more reason to hope for more qunari in da4, and to play a dwarf. My only regret would be no dwarf mages, and I like to mage generally.

But I am wondering what is your main? The character you intend to carry over to da4 from the keep. (The brownish elf, the dwarf, this qunari).

Amazing. I love it when this sort of stuff happens.

Some cutscenes will make dwarves appear taller than they are, yeah. I found it not as bothersome (and clearly, they stand on something to be taller) as I find it weird to play a Qunari and suddenly I'm smaller or keep seeing characters at odd angles. @Ollo45 : Boxes, stilts or extreme tippy toes are all valid options.

@Sharp-Claw: I think you mean "that is why you should be able to romance Varric" :p

@Guest: The things we do for love...

@wildmageguy: My main is the elf. She was my first playthrough, and inherited the first playthroughs before her. It is basically the run of "I try really hard to help everyone, and I keep fumbling around and messing things up by accident" which is fun.

@Bethris: I like to think that your qunari gets extremely self-conscious about how tall they are and like... hunch down to be at everyone else's level like so https://goo.gl/images/ZAdXqJ
