Now, don’t get us wrong, we are all for sneaking and stealth killing. Heck, our standard choice of class is always and will forever be rogue. However, the enemy basically flopping willingly into your traps kind of takes the edge off. I mean, at least try to duck for cover? Maybe? Please?

Yeah... A.I. wasn't all that stellar. Both that of enemies and that of Ellie.

Also, it's actually a bit of a sad game. You may want to get a few tissues ready.

Ya, this situation happened many-a-times, except I always strangle my enemies. So as soon as they noticed my pile of bodies they were close enough to strangle.

Yeah a buddy of mine got this game. As he played through the beginning of the game I began to silently cry the Rio Grande at a certain point.

The voice actress for Joel's daughter deserves a goddamn medal.

@Aurelia Cetinn: Really, one would think that the nail bombs would at least be a good indicator that something is going down XD. I mean it's a bloody explosion XD.

@Deonis: I'm ready! Tissues to the left, controller in hand, tea to the right!

@LonLonMarin: The strangling bothers me a bit, because they don't actually fight back at all and they get strangled very quickly... it's um guys you fail!

@Griffen: The minds (read programming) of the AI simply does not work according to that logic it seems XD.

@Hevv: I think most of the VAs have done a great job so far :D.

@Amare: It has to be though. If it was realistic you'd be chillin' there waiting for this guy to die, meanwhile his buddies in the area are making their rounds and are coming back to where you are. You'd be all "Omfg fucking die already he's coming back die die DIE DIE DIE". And if they fought back any harder they'd be making too much commotion and could alert anyone nearby. SO, yeah it's unrealistic and quick, but it has to be for the sake of the game.

@LonLonMarin: Yeah, but in that case, why not make it necessary to shiv every guy you grab instead? I mean that is a mechanic they have after all.

@Aurelia Cetinn: I am happy that she can't alert the enemies though. Nothing ruins gameplay more than when the companion alerts enemies :I.

That's pretty much how AI are in most games with stealth. It's not realistic or intelligent I suppose, but at the same time you don't want it to be hard and frustrating. Sure gives for some good laughs, though, especially with rag-doll physics. I've heard good things of "The Last of Us", though. Worth buying once it goes down in price, perhaps?

@LonLonMarin: The thing is that necks are even harder to break really :I. I mean it's not like you're going to strain enough against a grip that your neck becomes breakable and as soon as you try to twist it the shoulders will just follow. In my opinion it would almost make even less sense. I think a shiv might do nicely regardless XD.

@Aurelia Cetinn: Ooooh! Do show when you do :D! I'd love to see it!

@Losuurx: I think it's a good game so far :D. This isn't meant as a critique for the entire game, I just found the situation amusing. AIs have given me many laughs over the years. I'd say the game is worth playing so far.
