There is one easy explanation for all those recycled caves and whatnot, you know.

It's like BioWare meant to half-ass it just to make Varric's story more interesting.
It's like EA/Bioware were too lazy to design different dungeons for every quest. So they used the same for all but you can't get lost after a while anymore ^^'
That didn't bother me too, too much. What did bother me is that when they blocked off parts of the dungeon but didn't make it seem blocked on the minimap.

@Silerna: I got lost because I wasn't sure where I was. Was I out by the coast or was I in the city? Had I been there before? Had I been in this part of the dungeon before? etc etc :I
