Mark of the Assassin brings us two things:
1) an elf for every occasion.
2) tension-ruining puzzles.
Quick! You have escaped the dungeons and must hurry to avoid getting caught by the villain! But first - puzzles. A shitload of puzzles. Enjoy the next hour trying to work it out. While totally chased by Orlesians, either too high on that aquae lucidius or too depressed after having eaten the cheese of despair to catch up while you flip floor tiles.

I hate puzzles. Especially when most of the time goes into figuring out what the hell I'm supposed to do, not actually solving the problem.

Also, Tallis is awesome. Ever-suffering boyfriend of Sir Flirts-a-lot Hawke Fenris is also awesomely grumpy. Character interactions of Mark of the Assassin is awesome and makes me want to replay it with different characters.
Then I remember the puzzles and don't.

If only Zevran joined your Elf March. He'd work the puzzles out for you for he is the GREATEST ASSASSIN IN ANTIVA~ More elves, the merrier! But noooo.. they had to use Tallis.. I didn't care for her in the live action.. Is she any better on the game?

If the cheese tasted of despair than what did the ham taste of?

After the first time I did the puzzles, they were quite easy to do the other times... Besides showy puzzles during a daring escape is so Hawke's style~

Inxerene: I do like Tallis better in the game than in Redemption. Maybe because Redemption has so many small things that annoy me (Qunari with skinny shoulders, Dalish adults with no facial tattoos, the 'I'm a templar so I can't get married' thing...)

MEsoSQUEEZY: Anguish, is my guess XD

Katherine Hawke: I dunno. The big one would probably still be difficult, as in the end I started flipping things like mad, hoping for the best and then lo and behold! It is done! Somehow... :O

Everything gets instantly better with elves. The more the merrier. xD
