Between Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2, we couldn’t help but to notice how different the circles were. Even if they had one member in common.
I like the Ferelden one too. It felt more like a CIRCLE to me.. like, it's hard for a mage to escape a tower that's in the middle of a giant lake and the only transportation they have is a boat run by a Templar, whereas the Kirkwald one has open space, is connected to a giant city, and there's a whole bunch of hiding spaces to be in to avoid Templar. Actually, the Templar in DAII are kind of stupid compared to DA..
True! I like Ferelden more. It's like Hogwarts! But for all life!
Plus DA2 misses one moment... a realism
@katerinafm: So do I! Yeah, but in DAII the use of bloodmagic just seemed a little forced to be honest D:. It mainly made me go "FFS!" XD
@Inxerene: Kind of stupid? only kind of...? you give them too much credit XD. I reacted to that too. It just seemed like mages being caught in Kirkwald and actually kept there, were kind of bad at hiding XD.
@byarru: DA2 has Varric telling the story though XD so nothing will ever be realism XD
@katerinafm: Yeah... but it was the same in DA:O D:. It felt like a bit of a let down and fact is... being a bloodmage isn't really that good... blood magic sorta sucks...
Ferelden Circle FTW! o3o
but kinda like the Kirkwald Circle... mainly 'cause it's a little funny to watch Beth freak out over them~
Anders will comment that at the Ferelden Circle everybody was kissing everybody (in Act 3 when you chase down Emile). I like to think that my human Mage Warden was no exception. XD
I'd choose the Kirkwall Circle if it meant being escorted by Cullen.
Hawke: *stares jealously at Bethany's retreating back* Mage-girls have all the luck...
First off...Kirkwald? Second...I loved the Ferelden Circle. Besides the whole blood mage and abomination outbreak...it was AWESOME.
frogot that the chantry in fereldens weaker then others...so that means....
damn, no wonder why the templars go insane and then are trasnferred to someplace else....they cant take the fact that mages can do stuff normies cant and get away with it! *seriously somone who can do unimaginable things with magic....yeah isabella curropted me in da, then da2*
Or before. In one of the epilogues after the events at the Circle in Lake Calenhad, Cullen goes crazy killing a lot of mages before escaping the tower and then going on a mage killing rampage.
I mainly liked the Ferelden Circle better because of Gregoir. He was such an awesome templar. Whereas Meredith is "blah blah blah you used magic to light up a dark room so you could find your dying mothers medicine therefore you must die" Gregoir is more like "Well then that was a bad thing you did. Irving what do you think we should do in punishing her?" Q_-
I hated visiting the Circle Tower -_- it was only interesting when Morrigan scared that one Templar into giving us the boat.
